All my photography is limited edition. In the old days, when I was shooting with a Leica that travelled the world with me, I would cut the negs after the print run was finished. It was a way for me to ensure that I would keep looking.
I always shoot on a short lens, This requires me to be close to my subjects. A tacit agreement. We see each other.
I don't take many shots, I compose in the moment. If I fail, I fail. I was trained to print images with the neg showing. Proof that I had technically and aesthetically held the moment. Accordingly, I don't use digital effects.
They are as I saw them.
